“In a very successful fourth year, Px3 received thousands of extremely
high-quality entries from over 84 countries. Entries were judged by the
following categories: Advertising, Photojournalism, Book, Fine Art, Nature, and Portraiture. Px3 asked each judge to use the same criteria when reviewing the photographs: originality, creativity, excellence of execution, and overall impact. The identity of all photographers is not shown during the voting processes to ensure fairness and the integrity of the competition.The photographs from the Px3 “Photographer of the Year”, “Best New Talent,” and 1st and 2nd place winners of each major category will be exhibited at Espace Dupon in Paris July, 2010 and published in the Px3 Annual Book 04.”
